Kim Sharma was born on 21 January 1980. She  is an Indian actress. She first started her career with modelling, she is also the brand ambassoder of Olay in India.

She caught the eye of producer Aditya Chopra, and he signed her on his next directorial venture titled Mohabbatein. The debut also marked the launch of five other debutantes, Uday Chopra, Jugal Hansraj, Jimmy Shergill, Shamita Shetty and Preeti Jhangiani. The film also starred superstars Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan. The film was a huge hit and started her career in Bollywood.

Her five years in the industry has been disappointing, as she has not had a hit since Mohabbatein.

Her cousin is actor, Arjun Rampal.

She has dated Jugal Hansraj, whom she met on the set of Mohabbatein (2000).She is currently dating Indian Cricketer Yuvraj Singh and even have plans to tie the knot.
