| Ingredients | 2 tbsp. moong (yellow dal) dal | | | 2 cup. poha | | | 4 tbsp. finely chopped spinach | | | 1 tbsp. chopped coriander | | | 1 tsp. lemon juice | | | 2 tsp. sugar | | | 3 green chilies, finely chopped | | | Salt according to taste | | | Oil for deep frying |
| Method | 1.Soak the moong dal in cold water for 1 hour. 2.Wash the poha (riceflakes) and leave to drain for 10 minutes. 3.Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, shape into medium size balls and flatten them. 4.Heat the oil.
