Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tbsp. oil
salt to taste
water to knead
Method

Mix flour, oil and salt. Knead in a soft pliable dough, adding very little water at a time.

When the dough is very smooth and soft Shape into a ball the size of lime, flatten and pat with palm,  roll with a rolling pin.

Dust with flour to avoid  sticking. Place on a non stick pan and roast until cooked like a tortilla.

Repeat on both sides. Repeat for all rotis.

Cover and line with napkins to keep warm. Drizzle with ghee or butter if desired. Serve hot with a slice of onion , Green chili and lime.

Ingredients:
1 kg sarson (mustard greens), chopped finely.
1/4 kg spinach, chopped finely.
2cms piece ginger, minced.
4 cloves garlic minced.
2 green chilies, minced

2 red chilies.
2 tbsp gram flour, sieved.
1 tbsp butter.
Ghee.
Salt to taste
