Ingredients 16 chicken breasts 1/4 cup gramflour 1 tsp. each of ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp. finely chopped green chilies 2 tsp. pepper powder 1 tsp. Red chili powder 3 tsp. chopped spring onion 3 small tomatoes, sliced Handful of chopped mint leaves Breadcrumbs as required Salt according to taste Oil for frying
Directions 1.Clean & wash the chicken breast. 2.Now mash the tomato, separate the water & keep the pulp. 3.Mix tomato pulp with all the ingredients, except mint leaves, breadcrumbs and oil, and apply to the chicken pieces. 4.Roll them in breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil till done. 5.Serve with fried onion slices and garnish with mint leaves. You may add more spices to make it Hot.
