Ingredients
Mutton Chops 2 lbs
Lemon juice 2 tbl spoon
White Vinegar 4 tble spoon
Red pepper 1 tea spoon
Garam masala 1 tea spoon
White zeera 1 tea spoon
Dhania 1 tea spoon
Katcha papita paste 1 tbl spoon
Ginger 1 tbl spoon
Garlic 1 tbl spoon
Salt to suit taste
Oil 3 tablespoon
Directions
Marinate the mutton with all ingredients and leave it overnight for best result or at least for four hours.
Add 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt just before cooking it on slow heat.
For pressure cooking time it for 2 minutes only.
Use very little oil.
For best results, serve with Naan and Raita or serve the chops as appetizer.
